SPEED AND AGILITY TRAINING

At the beginning of each session, all of our youth members will go through a speed an agility session.

SKILLS TRAINING

Because of the increased focus on game play, we believe that the youth of today do not get the reps at the younger levels necessary to provide a foundation for growth and high level sport achievement.  Therefore, our primary goal with our youth classes is to increase the amount of skill specific reps in a competitive environment.  Our youth members are trained by former and current NCAA D1 and Professional athletes.
