Director of Sports Development
All conference pitcher and outfielder at Shore Regional where he was a first team All State Group 2 selection. Accepted scholarship from Rutgers University where he was voted team MVP in 2011. Played in the prestigious Cape Cod league for the Orleans Firebirds. After college, played professionally in the Australian Baseball League where he finished 4th in MVP Voting. Currently part owner of Team Invictus, specializing in elite player training and development.

Director of MPI Teams
Played at Arthur L. Johnson from 2006-2009. A 2-time All-Union County and Group II All-State selection as a two-way player, as well an All-State selection in 2009. Accepted a scholarship to pitch at Rutgers University where he currently sits in the top 10 in 9 different pitching categories in Rutgers history, including top 3 all-time in Wins, Innings, and Strikeouts. Named to the NJ Division 1 All-State Team three times and an All-Big East Conference selection in 2012. Went on to play two years in the Boston Red Sox Organization where he finished his playing career in 2015.

Director of Lacrosse
Current member of the USA Women’s National Lacrosse Team where she competed for the 2017 World Cup and World Games and took home 2 Gold Medals. At the end of the World Cup, she was named to the All World Team, an honor that recognizes the TOP 11 players in the world. Megan was a part of the first ever United Women’s Lacrosse league first ever championship team, the Long Island Sound. In August 2017, Megan was the 9th overall draft pick to the Women’s Professional Lacrosse League and will compete for the New England Command.
Megan was a standout defender at the University of Maryland starting all 4 years for the Terps. During her career she helped capture 2 National Championships and 3 ACC Championships. While at Maryland, Megan was named IWLCA National Defender of the Year for the 2014 and 2015 seasons as well as the ACC Defensive Player of the Year in 2014 and the Big 10 Player of the Year in 2015. She was named as a first team All American member for the 2014 and 2015 seasons. Megan was a 2014 Tewaaraton award Finalist and nominated for the Tewaaraton award in 2015.
Megan is a US Lacrosse Level 1 Certified Coach.
Director of Skill Performance
Alex was a 2010 graduate of Freehold Township High School, where she began playing lacrosse her freshman year. She was a 4-year varsity starter and currently holds the record for total career goals, total career points, total career ground balls, goals in a season and the first and only person to score 200 goals or more, ending her career with 249 goals. She continued her lacrosse career at the Division I level at Monmouth University where she was an important impact on the offensive end. Alex was a significant factor in the capturing of the NEC Championship in 2012, with the most points on the season.
Alex is the owner and operator of UnitedX Strength and Conditioning which she opened shortly after graduating in January of 2014. She takes pride in helping others achieve their goals and will do whatever it takes to help those get there.
Alex is an independent distributor for AdvoCare, a sports nutrition company, where she holds high level leadership and has helped thousands of people across the nation reach their physical goals.
Alex is a US Lacrosse Level 1 Certified Coach.

Graduated from Widener University and a current nationally recognized CSCS Certified Trainer.
Director of Skill Performance
Played at Toms River East where he finished career as school leader in Batting Average and OBP and was a two time All-County, two time All-Shore and 2 Time All State player during his career. Teams won over 100 games in 4 years as well capturing an overall Group IV State Championship. Member of the school’s baseball Hall of Fame. Accepted a scholarship to Division I Wofford College. Finished college career as a four year starter and among career leaders in home runs, walks and on-base percentage. Currently part owner of Team Invictus, specializing in elite player training and development.
Director of Youth Athlete Performance
A graduate of Middletown High School South where he was an All-Shore and All-State performer, Howie Brey would enjoy a stellar career as a 4 year starter at Rutgers University. In 64 career games with the Scarlet Knights, Brey compiled a 18 wins with a 3.77 ERA. He ranks fourth in Rutgers baseball in innings pitched (291.1), third in strikeouts (206) and his wins total (18) is tied for 8th in program history. After his career, Brey was chosen in the 31st round of the MLB Draft by the Houston Astros.
Brey is currently the Director of Youth Training at Team Invictus
Director of Skill Performance – Wall
Received his Bachelor degree in Health Sciences from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Pablo has amassed a wealth of experience in the field of Sports performance and personal training. Working with everyone from US Olympians and professional athletes to the average Joe looking to shed some weight and get healthier. He has helped countless clients achieve their goals, move better, and live healthier lives.
