Speed and Agility

Youth classes start with a speed and agility component designed and implemented by nationally certified strength and conditioning coaches.

Skill Training

The current youth athletic environment focuses primarily on game play.  This means youth athletes are missing out on valuable reps that serve as the foundation to athletic growth and high level sport achievement.  Our youth classes look to bridge that gap by maximizing reps in a competitive environment.  Our youth programs are designed and instructed by former and current NCAA D1 and Pro athletes.
